Protecting the privacy of the Personal Information of our customers is very important to Go Big Media Inc. (the "Company") and Wedding Connections our Company brand name.

We offer our customers (brides and grooms in the BC Lower Mainland) a quality print and online wedding planner and directory plus a bridal savings card program that offers customers discounts on wedding products and services all year long.
The Company provides customers with free print and online wedding planning information and a directory of wedding merchants under the brand name Wedding Connections. The print publication is distributed in person at over 50 wedding shows we attend and through our participating advertisers. The Company owns and operates a web site located at weddingconnections.ca (the "Company Web Site") that provides customers with wedding planning information and a directory of wedding merchants; and a bridal club savings card program under the brand name Wedding Connections Bridal Club VIP Savings Card Program (the " Saving Card Program") that provide customers with discounts of 10% or more on a wide variety of wedding products and services offered by the Company's participating wedding merchants (collectively, the " Company Services") for the calendar year 2012. A key mission of the Company is to deliver the Company Services to customers as conveniently and cost effectively as possible with exceptional quality and service.
2. What Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It
Wedding Shows
The Company collects Personal Information (name, city, phone number, email address and wedding date) when a customer completes a door prize entry form at over several wedding shows we participates in the BC Lower Mainland each year.
By completing an entry form for our wedding show door prize contest and/or by registering and purchasing a Saving Card constitutes your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information, as set out in this Privacy Statement.
Company Web Site
The Company collects Personal Information (name, address, phone number and email address) when a customer completes the registration form on the Company Web Site for our Savings Card Program.
The Company collects Personal Information (name, address, phone number, email address and payment method and payment receipt) when a customer purchases a Savings Card(s) on the Company Web Site using our secure PCI compliant shopping cart software and e-commerce payment gateway.
Please be advised that if you withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement, we may not be able to provide you with the Company Services you may want to obtain or purchase.
3. Why We Collect Your Information
The Company collects your Personal Information so we can identify and communicate to customers who have won the door prize that we offer at each wedding show we attend. The Company may use the customer's email address to communicate important information and special offers regarding our Company Services to the customer.
The Company collects Personal Information when a customer completes a registration form to become a member of the Savings Card Program or when a customer purchases a Savings Card on the Company Web Site their Personal Information is held in a database of Savings Card members so we can issue the customer a payment receipt by email; fulfill and mail the order to the correct mailing address of the customer; and to communicate important information and special offers to customers by email.
4. What Information We Disclose
The Company will not disclose Personal Information to anyone except when required to by laws of British Columbia in a legal matter facing the Company.
The Company reserves the right to transfer Personal Information in connection with the sale of all or part of its business or assets.
5. Confidentiality and Security
The Company restricts access to your Personal Information to the two owners and managers of the Company. The Company recognizes that technology is continually developing so we will continue to implement new procedures and technology improvements on an ongoing basis to further safeguard your Personal Information.
6. Retention of Information and Inquiry Rights
We may be required to retain your Personal Information for legal reasons. You may make inquiries about your Personal Information by calling us at 604-200-0905 during normal business hours. In addition, you may request that we correct any errors regarding your Personal Information, provided that you notify us in writing of such errors and provide us with a reasonable time to review and process your request.
