Refund Policy
Go Big Media Inc. (the “Company) owns the Wedding Connections brand name and produces a wedding planner and directory of wedding merchants in print and on our web site at www.weddingconnections.ca. The wedding planner and directory is designed to provide brides and grooms in the BC Lower Mainland with valuable free wedding planning information and an extensive directory of wedding professionals.
The Company also owns and operates a Bridal Club VIP Savings Card Program under the Wedding Connections brand name, that provides brides and grooms with a discount of 10% or more off the regular price on a wide variety of wedding products and services, from our participating wedding merchants in the BC Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
The Company’s policy for cancellations, returns and refunds for the sale of the 2013/2014 Bridal Club VIP Savings Cards are as follows:
Cancellations
A "Cancellation" occurs when the customer voids an order for a withdrawal of funds from a customer's credit card account before a sale is sent for deposit. The Company will not collect a deposit from the customer and the previously authorized funds will be released at the card issuing bank's discretion.
After a sale is sent for deposit, any attempt to reimburse the cost of a product to a customer constitutes a refund and shall be dealt with as set forth below.
Returns
A "Return" occurs when a Customer returns products or services previously purchased from our web site. The Company will not reduce the amount of a refund by the assessment of a "restocking fee" or any other charge including shipping charges for any return that occurs in accordance with the Company’s Return Policy.
You may contact the Company and return your purchase within 10 days of delivery of your VIP Savings Card for a full refund.

You may contact the Company regarding your purchase within 10 days of delivery of your VIP Savings Card for a full refund.
The Company accomplishes the refund by reversing the amount previously charged to the customer's credit card or the customer account at the credit card issuing bank and the appropriate amount is credited to the appropriate card or customer account at the card issuing bank in a timely manner.
